Hallowed Flail

The Hallowed Flail is crafted during The Blood Moon Rises from a Blisterwood flail upgraded with silvthril at the Aranei hideout. It is mandatory for the final Lord Drakan rooftop phase and remains best-in-slot against vampyres post-quest.

The flail prevents vampyres from using their most dangerous abilities and deals significantly more damage to vampyre-type enemies than the standard Blisterwood flail. Requires 72 Smithing to craft during the quest.

Use Hallowed Flail as primary melee throughout Vampyrium quest combat and early Maggot King learning. Pair with offensive prayers and a defensive off-hand during high-damage quest phases.

After obtaining the Crimson Kisten from Maggot King, use the flail for sustained DPS and swap to Kisten for Brutal Swing spec bursts on crush-weak phases.
