Maggot King Drops

After each kill choose Open-stomach (normal table) or Take-eggs (pet path — sacrifices normal loot). Jagex published unique rates: any unique ≈ 1/205.6, Elder venator fang 1/340, Crimson kisten 1/520.

Open-stomach also rolls supplies (stymphike tartare + dull ancient medal), resources (ores, letvek, venator fangs/teeth, orikalkum gravel), tarnished gear, Elite clues (1/40), brimstone keys on Konar tasks, and tertiary Maggot marquess at 1/3,500.

Crimson kisten (1/520) — two-handed crush special (Brutal Swing, 50% energy, multi accuracy rolls). Best paired with Maggot King melee punish and other crush-weak bosses.

Elder venator fang (1/340) — etch at 84 Crafting, then combine with Necklace of Anguish for Necklace of Rupture. Formerly polled as Alpha Venator Tooth.

Always Open-stomach when chasing these uniques. Take-eggs never rolls the unique pre-table.

Take-eggs can yield nothing, one of six maggot egg types, or a supply pile. Popping eggs gives Maggot marquess chances that sum to roughly 1/1,502.4 per egg-take — better pet EV than stomach tertiary, at the cost of fang/kisten rolls.

Only pet hunters should Take-eggs. Switch back to Open-stomach the moment you want uniques or GP.

Wiki money-making guides list strong melee camps near ~11M GP/hr and ranged near ~9M GP/hr before price swings. Subtract brew/restore and rune or ammo costs. Etched fangs count as tradeable value once Crafting 84 is available.
